             Hatay Denetimli Serbestlik Müdürlüğü

      Kurumumuz, Denetimli Serbestlik Hizmetleri Kanunu ile 2005 yılında yürürlüğe giren denetimli serbestlik sistemi ile ceza adalet sistemi içerisinde yerini almıştır.Kurumumuzun en temel misyonu;toplumsal güvenlik ve adalet anlayışıyla sosyal dışlanma riski olan dezavantajlı yükümlülerin temel hak ve özgürlükleri çerçevesinde ilgili kurumlarla iş birliği çerisinde toplumun da katılımını sağlayarak yetişkin yükümlülerin suç tekrarının önlenmesine yönelik sürdürülebilir eğitim iyileştirme faaliyetleri gerçekleştirmektir.

       Kurumdaki yetişkin ve gençlerin eğitim ve rehabilitasyon faaliyetleri, kurum Müdürü, Müdür yardımcısı ve Şefin koordinasyonunda psikolog, sosyal hizmet uzmanı, sosyolog, öğretmen ve infaz koruma memurları tarafından yürütülmektedir.

  Bu faaliyetler üç ana başlıkta verilmektedir.

1.Yapılandırılmış on oturumluk grup çalışmaları(öfke kontrol programı,SAMBA-sigar alkol ve madde bağımlılığı-HAYDE -hayat için değişim programı).

2.Bireysel görüşme seansları,

3.Kişisel gelişim seminerleridir. Bu şekilde yükümlüleri yeniden topluma kazandırmak,rehabilite etmek,suçlu davranışlarını ve tutumları iyileştirmek ve bu yolla toplumun  da korunması amaçlanmaktadır.

       Ayrıca suç işleyen kişileri  (yetişkin ve genç)   toplum içinde  bir süre gözetim altında tutarak hem bu  süreçte onların takibini yapmak hem de onların eğitim ve iyileştirme faaliyetlerine katılımını sağlayarak tekrar suç işleme davranışlarının azaltılmasına yönelik tüm faaliyetlerin koordineli bir şekilde yürütülmesi amaçlanmaktadır.

Bu kapsamda;

Gerektiğinde elektronik takip ile bölgede gözetim sağlanması,

Denetim planı çerçevesinde yargı kararlarının yürütülmesi ve raporlanması,

İhtiyaç sahibi kişilere yardım ve koruma hizmetlerinin sağlanması,

İhtiyaç duyulduğunda bağımlılık, öfke yönetimi ve yaşam becerileri konularında yükümlülere psiko-sosyal danışmanlık sağlamak. Bu amaçla seminer, toplantı ve çalıştaylar düzenlemek, yerel ve ulusal alanda proje geliştirmek ayrıca yerel düzeyde yerel paydaşlarla işbirlikleri yapmak temel görev alanlarımız arasında yer almaktadır.

  Hatay Directorate of Probation

        Hatay Probation Directorate was established in 2005 under the Ministry of Justice General Directorate of Prisons and Detention Houses. It is responsible for the rehabilitation and education of suspects, accused and convicts in the jurisdiction of Hatay province.

       Our institution has taken its place in the criminal justice system with the probation system that came into force in 2005 with the Probation Services Law. The most basic mission of our institution is to protect the society in cooperation with relevant institutions within the framework of the fundamental rights and freedoms of disadvantaged persons at risk of social exclusion with the understanding of social security and justice.

         The aim of the probation system is to carry out sustainable education and rehabilitation activities in order to prevent re-offending by ensuring the participation of adult and young convicts in educational activities, and in this way to ensure the reintegration of convicts into society.

         Education and rehabilitation activities of adults and youth in the institution are carried out by psychologists, social workers, sociologists, teachers and correctional officers under the coordination of the institution managers and the chief.

          These activities are given under three main headings. Structured ten-session group studies (anger control, alcohol and drug abuse) are individual meeting sessions and personal development seminars. In this way, it is aimed to reintegrate the criminals into society, rehabilitate them, improve their criminal behavior and attitudes, and in this way protect the society.

     We are responsible for the follow-up of people (adults and juvenile) who commit crimes in our region but are kept under surveillance in the community for a while. In this follow-up period, it is aimed to ensure surveillance in the region by trying to reduce criminal behavior through training and improvement activities.

In this context, providing surveillance in the region with electronic tracking when necessary,

Execution and reporting of judicial decisions within the framework of the audit plan,

Providing assistance and protection services to those in need,

Providing psycho-social counseling on addiction, anger management and life skills when needed.For this purpose, organizing seminars and workshops, collaborating with local stakeholders at the local level.
